Job Description

Termco's Commercials Sealants and Waterproofing (CS&W) division is seeking an Associate Product Manager. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for ensuring Tremco is properly addressing the changing needs of the market place as it relates to our product line offerings for the CS&W market segments in North America. This high-energy positions will support our high-performance building envelope strategy from a marketing perspective with an emphasis on the technical aspects of the products and the connectivity between adjacent building enclosure systems.This critical, hands-on position plays an integral role in the day to day tactical operations and the strategic growth of the product line.


  • Attend select trade shows/conferences as needed and participate in additional training activities on and off-site.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams as needed related to product or process improvements for the product line.
  • Track competitive launches/activity and maintain a competitive landscape tracker to assist in the identification of new product improvements/opportunities .
  • Execute all duties within the framework of the budget for the current fiscal year.
  • Maintain ongoing sales reporting with an emphasis on analysis and recommendation for growth.
    • Create ad-hoc reporting for special requests.
  • Support Product Managers with development and coordination of product launches and product promotions.
  • Comprehend and translate test report summaries into effective technical Sales tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Work closely with other functional areas to develop and maintain accurate sales tools, such as brochures or presentations.
  • Own the product classification and product exit process.
  • Own the development of samples and maintaining the samples offering.
  • Own label development and the maintenance of the product label library.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. One to two years' related experience and/or training such internships. Intern experience in product management may be a substitute. MBA preferred.

  • Ability to understand relationships and connections and generate charts, graphs, spreadsheets and written¬†summaries.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill.
  • Ability to take direction well.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner.


  • CAD and/or SAP experience is a plus.
