Regional Assistant

The Regional Assistant will facilitate the flow of information from the field to the office in all customer service, WTI, OLI, Warranty and Sales operations.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:

• Smartsheet data entry, tracking and reporting.
• Order entry, OLI entry, clerical and sales administration duties
• Professional organization membership with active involvement - lead generation.
• Trade shows, area meetings, contractor events, training sessions coordination.
• Work with the sales representatives to create territorial marketing efforts.
• Do projects for the Regionas requested.
• Interface with and help the New Jersey office gather information when requested.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to work with high energy, aggressive sales representatives and with detail oriented office personnel.
• Basic office suite software experience.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience dealing with a sales force on a daily basis.
