Euclid Chemical is looking for an ambitious candidate to join the Sales team as Dispenser Service Technician (DST)  for the Oklahoma region.

The Euclid Chemical Company is renowned for product innovation, quality technical support and excellent customer service. The Dispenser Service Technician will join a strong, entreprenuerial, target-driven sales group reporting directly to the Regional Manager.


The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment-also taking initiative and demonstrating follow through by calling on current admixture customers on a routine basis and offering them DST services; this includes: air checks, checking operation of dispensing equipment and assisting with job service. The DST position may also be required to travel into other select areas (states) upon request.


  • Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field.

  • Order and Install of equipment at the designated customer locations- when the install is complete DST is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed.

  • Perform repairs on equipment in a timely manner whenever it breaks down- this includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed. DST's are required to be reachable 24/7 and must keep an adequate supply of parts on truck for repairs.

  • Assist in state inspections as necessary.

  • Comply with all Safety Policies of Euclid Chemical and the policies of Customers at ALL TIMES.

  • Assist in matching dispenser to Customer plants (e.g. counts, added products, etc.).

  • Collection of any equipment in the field that needs to be removed and returned to a Euclid facility. DST's are responsible for washing out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant under the guidance of the Plant Manager on the waste product.

  • Restoration of any equipment that can be re-used.

  • Completion of all paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications must be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer.

  • When required transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.).


  • At least 1-2 years of related industry experience and/or training

  • Experience of basic plumbing, electrical, fabrication methods.

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • Experience of using dispenser equipment and ability to visit and evaluate a plant properly- including conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.

  • Time-management- managing time effectively and efficiently by concentrating on the most important priorities and an ability to adeptly handle several tasks at once.

  • Self-directed- To execute a task in a good manner and with good results with limited supervision. Strong work ethic. Will spend a large percentage of work days working alone, but will be given help when needed.

  • Accountability- ability to account for all actions carried out and stand by the decisions or actions made. Delivers on agreements and commitments accordingly. Compliance with taking personal responsibility for one’s own actions, giving timely and high quality results and within budget, and accepting positive as well as negative consequences.

  • Problem Solving- ability to solve problems by analyzing situations and applying critical thinking in order to resolve problems and decide on courses of action -implementing solutions developed in order to overcome problems and constraints. Must be able to define issues, problems and opportunities, generate different courses of action, evaluate the constraints and risks associated with each course of action identified and selects the viable option in order to address the problems and/or opportunities identified.

  • Service-driven- ability to provide help and assistance to a high standard of service to customers. This may include reacting to requests for information or advice; actively offering or promoting services to others; and setting the overall standards of service offered.

  • Teamwork-ability to work with others toward a shared goal, participating actively, sharing responsibility and rewards, and contributing to the capability of the team


  • Comfort with Travel up to 50% of the time- must be willing to spend the night out of town when required. This can be based on the amount of business in respective hometown vicinity.
