Job Description

Paving and Commercial Construction Manager

This individual will be responsible for managing General Contracting Paving as well as Construction Management, and Design Build projects throughout the US.  The core projects for this position will include restorative and new paving.  In addition to paving projects, this position will also work with our core business projects as well which include structural building restoration, façade and building envelope restoration, curtain wall replacement, interior restoration, parking garage restoration, plaza decks, subgrade waterproofing and emergency action projects. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems a plus.   This will involve working with the project managers and/or superintendents assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget, by excellence in management of multi-partner alliances with subcontractor network, Tremco Sales Representatives, and client / ownership representatives.

Additional duties will include preparation and development of proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, sales effort and service support, field resource and customer management communication (as necessary).

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Physical Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management. Relevant Construction Management Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 Years Managing PCC, AC, and or HMA Paving Projects
  • Complete Understanding CM Tasks/Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in an engineering or construction role
  • Superior written, oral and digital communication skills
  • Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or P6, Adobe, others TBD
  • Travel required
