Job Description


Tremco's Commercial Sealant and Waterproofing (CS&W) division is currently searching for a Pricing Analyst. The Pricing Analyst manages and maintains all price increases and specials prices by accurately updating pricing, customer master data and price pages. In addition, this position prepares customer quotes and special pricing.


  • Receives, processes, maintains and troubleshoots all quote and special price requests from Sales Representatives with the specific needs of the organization in mind. Processes all quotes within 24 hours.
  • Creates and maintains Customer Master Data in SAP.
  • Administers price increases for all United States (US) CS&W divisions.
  • Responsible for for follow-up and timely conclusion of all requests.
  • Leads quoting and special pricing efforts through collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Management to ensure a smooth and seamless flow of information to establish pricing for all quotes and special pricing.
  • Ensures all Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and International Standards Organization (ISO) standards are met.
  • Ensures pricing reports are run, reviewed and signed off by management daily.
  • Communicates in timely manner to all pricing inquiries.
  • Assists with completing internal and external audits.
  • Monitors expiring special and job quotes to ensure extension or changes needed.
  • Serves as back up to other Pricing functions such as Extruded Rubber Product (ERP) quoting.
  • Supports team in area(s) of focus as needed to achieve optimal levels of customer satisfactions.
  • Prepares job specific pricing for various customers and inputs pricing information into OnBase.


High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)


Two to four years of pricing, quoting or related experience preferred.


  • Experienced with mathematical calculations of costing, markups, margins.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision with a high level of accountability for actions.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers, and internal departments whose functions directly or indirectly affect the service level to our customers.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel and Outlook).


Previous SAP experience is a plus.
