Job Description

The Sales Force Automation Specialist will be responsible for the overall organization, management and maintenance of sales document process.  He or she will be responsible for reviewing new and existing documents, understanding current salesforce practices, and meeting/shadowing sales personnel. He or she would then use above knowledge to develop new or optimize existing processes, develop any necessary technical documentation for automation, and work with technical teams to fully develop automation recommendations.


  • Reviews daily new documents/e-mails and discusses with authors
  • Understand the purpose and use of messages and documents in the context of the sale cycle
  • Develop and document automation recommendations/processes
  • Work with technical teams to develop/test/implement new automation systems


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work remotely
  • Ability to travel roughly 50-75%

Education and Experience:

  • Associate in Administration (AA), or Associate in Science (AS) or higher strongly preferred
  • Background in technical writing, business process, or software development a plus
  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • General understanding of digital document storage systems and techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft Professional Suite, Office 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive
  • Experience with imaging and document creation software such as Adobe
  • Experience in an administrative function is a plus
  • Experience with a plus
