Job Description

Tremco's Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing division is currently searching for an OEM Sales Representative - RV Aftermarket. The  OEM   Sales rep resentative is responsible  for the developing  and executing  a growth plan for the assigned territory that aligns with our RV Aftermarket (RVAM) growth strategy.  This role will be proficient in penetrating RV dealers and assisting with establishing ourselves as a key supplier into the RVAM. This person will have competitive nature, be results orientated and  demonstrated success at  developing and closing new business. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive territory sales to achieved annual sales objectives
  • Represents Tremco's OEM products and solutions to RV dealers and key distributors as the single point of contact in the designated territory
  • Builds strong working relationships inside of key RV dealers
  • Works closely with the OEM technical application specialist to ensure our product solution are accepted with RV dealers
  • Effectively executes pricing and margin management strategies through value selling
  • Accountable for defining appropriate level of customer and technical service support, and for execution of new sales opportunities within the RVAM
  • Responsible for providing Voice of the Customer and competitive intelligence to the commercial team


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university, or High School Diploma with four years of experience within the transportation or construction industries


  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience; some level of experience in the RV segment would be a plus
  • Experience in a technical specification sales environment

  • Demonstrated disciplined use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50-60%

  • Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus
